The renovation of Sultana Malak’s Palace -Heliopolis

The renovation of Sultana Malak’s Palace focuses on preserving the building’s distinctive architectural style, historical identity, and cultural significance by transforming it into a center for creativity and entrepreneurship. The development work encompasses a range of technical and technological construction measures alongside all necessary architectural interventions to safeguard the palace’s archaeological value. This initiative is part of the Creativity and Entrepreneurship Development Center project, being carried out at the palace, which stands opposite the Baron Palace in Heliopolis. The project is implemented under a cooperation protocol between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, represented by Telecom Egypt; the Ministry of Public Business Sector, represented by Heliopolis Housing and Development Company; and the Ministry of Education and Technical Education. It aligns with the government’s vision to repurpose culturally significant buildings into hubs for fostering creativity and innovation.
