The project includes works to
develop and raise the efficiency of
the facades of the buildings located
in the vicinity of Bab Al-Nasr and
Bab Al-Futuh in the area of Al-
Hakim Mosque, and their number
is (49) buildings of good and
medium condition and buildings of
a unique archaeological nature, in
addition to the restoration of (10)
archaeological buildings and the
exploitation of a number of land
Space, removal and construction
of new residential and commercial
units (83) built in the area. Work is
underway to construct a heritage
hotel project overlooking Al Moez
Street and Bab Al Fotouh.
