The Future of Egypt project is strategically located along the new Rod El Farag–El Dabaa axis, a 120-kilometer route with a depth ranging from 60 to 70 kilometers, constructed as part of the National Roads Project. As the first phase of the New Delta initiative, the project represents a significant step in Egypt’s agricultural advancement, aiming to achieve self-sufficiency in crop production and export any surplus. Of the New Delta’s total 2.2 million acres, 1.05 million acres are targeted for reclamation in this phase. The project is expected to create around 10,000 direct jobs and over 360,000 indirect jobs, with employment opportunities projected to grow in the coming seasons. Applying the highest standards of occupational safety and health to protect all workers and employees, the project receives full support from the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, ensuring its success as a cornerstone of sustainable agricultural development in Egypt.
